The Board of Adjustment decision, if uncontested, would allow a building the size of the Hub to be built under transect zoning in all of these areas.

The appeal of the city's approval of the Hub site plan will be heard Friday, April 21, 1pm, Coconino County Courthouse, 200 N. San Francisco St., Flagstaff.

Here are ways you can help:

1. Attend the hearing. Your silence and respectful attendance in the courtroom—regardless of the outcome—will best help our case by demonstrating that 120 Cottage Place stands for the interest of Flagstaff citizens—and that we in turn are present to support them. To reflect your support, please wear blue (think the Flagstaff sky and Stand Up for Flagstaff’s blue logo). Please contain your response either way until you’ve left the courthouse.

2. Let us know you support our efforts by adding your name to our list of supporters at our Sign Up page. We'll stay in touch with you about what our progress is and actions you can take. Signing up helps us by letting the community see how many people take this issue seriously and are willing to take a stand for Flagstaff.

3. Make a donation to help pay the legal fees.

4. Spread the word: Share this site with your friends, write a letter to the Arizona Sun editor, help us explain that this effort is not against students or development, but in favor of appropriate development that preserves the character of Flagstaff.
